Bolzano Fact Modeller
Version 1.2.2 — 1 November 2026
In case of any difference in interpretation, the Dutch text is leading.
These terms apply to the use of Bolzano Fact Modeller, a web application for fact-oriented information modelling, offered by Grundsätzlich IT B.V.
By using the service you agree to these terms.
Bolzano Fact Modeller is not freely accessible. You get access:
Your account is personal. You do not share your login details with others and do not use an account not meant for you.
At your first login in the application you explicitly confirm these terms, article by article; we record the time and the version for which you did so (see the privacy statement).
If you belong to an organisation, that organisation appoints one or more organisation administrators. An organisation administrator can:
The organisation itself is responsible for who it admits to the service and what role it gives that person. We do not review this on the merits.
An invitation within the application arranges your membership of an organisation; it does not automatically arrange that you can log in — that can be a separate step.
The content of your models — the information models themselves, populations, concepts — remains your property or your organisation's. Grundsätzlich IT B.V. acquires no rights to it.
Your model data is first stored locally on your own device; once you are logged in, it is also kept with us and kept up to date between your devices (see the privacy statement, point 5). We use this data solely to provide the service: storing, synchronising and, at your request, restoring it.
Bolzano Fact Modeller is protected by copyright. The application — the program code, the screens, the texts and help texts, and the example models included with it — is the property of Grundsätzlich IT B.V. You acknowledge that copyright and the other intellectual property rights belong to Grundsätzlich IT B.V., and you handle them with care: you use the application as it is intended, and you do not copy, distribute or modify it, or any part of it, without our written consent.
Rights you derive from a separate written agreement — for example a licence for a component of the application — remain fully in force alongside this article.
Your model data is also kept with us in the background, so that the loss of your device or browser need not lead to data loss. If you work without logging in, your data is stored only locally and you are responsible yourself for backups, using the application's export function. We recommend that you also export important models yourself periodically.
Bolzano Fact Modeller is in a pilot phase. The service is provided as is, without guarantee of:
We make an effort to keep the service reliable, but give no firm commitment on this in this phase.
Our liability for damage arising from the use of the service is limited to what the law minimally allows. This does not apply to damage resulting from intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of Grundsätzlich IT B.V.
You do not use the service to:
In case of misuse we may revoke your access.
Use of Bolzano Fact Modeller is currently free of charge, as part of the pilot phase. Should we at some point start charging a fee per user, we will announce this beforehand, with enough time to decide whether you want to continue.
If we change these terms, we update the version and date at the top of this document and announce the change.
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Utrecht.
How we handle your personal data is set out in the privacy statement.
